About Me

I am a fully qualified therapist and an accredited BACP Member. In this respect, I work within their Ethical Framework.

I am also included in the BACP Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists. Additionally, I am a member of the British Psychological Society BPS.

I am a BUPA recognized healthcare provider and as such, I am included in the Bupa's Mental Health and Welbeing Therapist Network. I am also recognized by most health insurances (Aviva etc.)

I trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust and the University of East London - School of Psychology (PgDip).

I hold certificates of Competence in Psychological Testing - level A and B - and I am on the British Psychological Society Register BPS.

I have followed additional traning in NLP with one of the founders of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler; CBT at CCPE and Organisational Psychology (MSc) at Birkbeck (University of London). I hold a French degree in psychology and American qualifications in business.

My practice is also informed by Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) after following a course/retreat with eminent teachers in the field, such as John Peacock (Oxford university) and Christina Feldman (Exeter University).

I previously worked for over 20 years for the French Foreign Office, as a Trade Development Consultant for the French Embassy. I also acted as Human Resource Manager within the same organisation. This profession gave me an in-depth understanding of the corporate environment as well as of cultural diversity. I had the opportunity to travel extensively and to live on a long term basis in various countries in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and the US.

I speak French (mother tongue), English and Spanish, and I can give therapy equally in English or in French.

I am continuing my professional development on a regular basis (CPD) and I receive ongoing supervision, in accordance with the professional body's Code of Practice. I regularly see my own therapist.
